FOR PANEL PRESENTERS

Your papers will be programmed into a panel discussion on similar themes and include a Q&A discussion at the end.

Presentations should be approximately 12-15 minutes in length, supported with at least one slide image with presentation title and your name and any affilliation.  You will be able to play slides with sound if required.

The audience will be other educators, production designers and students.  You can assume the audience will be familiar with most terminology applying to production design and filmmaking.

There is a screening and panel chat on the Wednesday evening which is complimentary for conference attendees. This is at at Regent Street cinema, directly next door to our venue.

FOR POSTER PRESENTERS

Posters should be presented as either PRINT or DIGITAL. See specs in the guidelines for sizes.
     
If you are attending in person, you can choose to present your poster during a dedicated session with other poster presentees.  Please limit your presentation to 5 minutes, though you will be also able to further discuss with the attendees and answer questions during the session.

Don’t forget you can include a link to further information or an external site using a QR code.  Please be sure to include the supplied logo and QR code from us on your poster, and include your own QR code in addition if you’d like!
